How to use the Mindfulness Bell


  • For a gentle sound tap the rim of one cymbal onto the raised dome of the second cymbal
  • For a sharper tone tap the two sides of the cymbals together
  • Let the children know that when the bell sounds we stop take a breath
  • The invitation may also be to follow the sound of the bell into silence
